During winter 2015 Guglielmo answered an international “Call for artist” made by the Jasper Art Community Center, a small town south of Indiana State. A research on the web gave back an extremely positive picture of the small community of German origin that just that year was considered on of the 10 small American town with the best lifestyle. The positive outcome of the selection and the consequent invitation to exhibit convinced the artist to visit the hospitable Jusper the following summer. In July 2016 there was a kind meeting with the Mayor and the first meeting with the organizing committee. The local press gave some relief of the arrival of the Italian guest, selected to draw the characteristic views of the delightful town. Guglielmo, continuing his journey to the west, on that occasion also had the chance to meet the curator of the city art gallery of Columbus, a hundred chilometers north of Jasper, a medium-size city famous not only for its presence of notable modern architecture, also due to the fact that it is the birthplace of the current Vice-President of the United States, Mike Pence: thanks to the article published in The Republic in those days, Guglielmo was asked to evaluate the possibility of organizing a second exhibition...

So in November 2017 the artist inaugurated two exhibitions a few days apart from each other, receiving exemplary hospitality from both Indiana communities.

As usual, on the occasion of designing a new urban center and exhibiting its work in public, it follows the professional aspect with the introduction, in the local market, of products made with their own design, such as postcards, prints, calendars, stamps... and the relationship with the city, in this way, continues over time.
